Right of first refusal: By making your deposit, you are not yet entering into a purchase contract with Musterfirma AG. However, you secure the right of first refusal for this vehicle, and it will no longer be visible to other interested parties on our website. This means that the vehicle becomes invisible on online platforms after the deposit.

You will be contacted on the next working day by our sales team to clarify all further details (registration, insurance, trade-in, payment method such as cash purchase or leasing/financing, additional products, pickup date, etc.). Only after that will Musterfirma AG prepare a final purchase contract for you. The deposit you have made will be credited towards the final purchase price or the first leasing/financing installment.

Withdrawal: If no purchase contract is concluded due to withdrawal by the buyer, your deposit will be refunded. A handling fee of 10% of the deposit amount will be deducted for the refund.

Overlapping sale: If the vehicle is sold directly in our showroom during your reservation process, priority is given to the customer who purchased it on-site. In this case, no right of first refusal is established, and your deposit will be fully refunded without deduction of the handling fee.
